Tango Harmony Budapest
The Tango Harmony Budapest argentine Tango ensemble is a popular participant of European tango festivals, and milongas and is well known in milongas of Buenos Aires.
The ensemble was founded by Katalin Bartha 20 years ago.
The musicians have the highest classical musical education, captivated by the pulsation of Astor Piazzolla's music, but their repertoire have developed a lot in the direction to the traditional tango pieces which are the favourites of the milongas.
They participated in numerous master classes, individually and as an ensemble. Recently they are able to provide professional help for starting tango music formations.
They became dedicated researchers and performers of tango music; they have even learned to dance tango.
Their target audience are the tango dancers anywhere in the world. The backbone of their wide repertoire is made up of the most famous tangos, valses and milongas of the milongas, in a very danceable performance, so all their performances are a great hit.
Moreover, they are also favourite performers for many concerts and shows, where with the help of music going beyond the danceable tango (Piazzolla, contemporary authors and György Lázár's music for the orchestra) they have the chance to show their virtuosity and featured musical qualities.
They have performed in many theatre dance performances, in the National Dance Theatre and the Hungarian Palace of Arts (MÜPA) Festival Theatre, collaborating with all Hungarian professional tango dancers and teachers, as well as countless Argentinian and European artists.
Their own series in Budapest is the Harmony Tango Salon concert-show with outstanding dancers, and the Milonga del Angel, which is the only milonga of live music not only for Hungary, but it is exceptional on the wider region’s tango scene. This has been operating since January 2018.
Their tours abroad involved the following countries with many hundreds of concerts:
Argentina - (BsAs), Austria, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland

El Berretín Tango
The Berretín Tango is the musical communion between the bandoneonist Alejandro Szabo and the pianist Alejandro Casquero, both of Argentine nationality and the violinist Katalin Bartha and the bandoneonist Peter Bartha, these two Hungarians.
Born in 2018 they have already made several presentations in Hungary, Austria, Germany and Italy playing in milongas and concert halls having been highlighted their versatility for the duality "Tango-Show / Tango-Dance". Currently they are working on the promotion of a new tour and a restructuring and re-orchestration of traditional tango, Piazzolla, waltzes and milongas arrangements to adapt them to the format and give them uniqueness.
It should be noted that the germ of the "berretín tango" comes from the Tango Harmony orchestra of Budapest, which has more than 20 years of experience in the best venues and milongas in Europe and America.

MOMENT ART – TRADITION AND REAWAKENING
As the founder of the Tango Harmony Argentine tango orchestra I have been around in the world of tango for a long time. But the encounter with new musical genres and learning tango as a dance brought new inspirations for me. I am armed with a special instrument that provides an opportunity for a new approach to tango music. I warmly recommend Tango KATango for its personal atmosphere and music improvisations!
While playing at milongas I insert my own KATango music blocs between traditional and alternative tandas, so all those who love traditional or experimental tango musics find pieces corresponding to their taste. Since KATango music is mainly construed of improvisation and is greatly influenced by the environment, the ambience, so the participants have no small role in the evolution of the music of the night. I am looking forward to seeing your tango community with much enthusiasm and wondering what we’ll create together.
My KATango music-tours abroad involved the following countries: Argentina - (BsAs), Germany, Italy, Romania

The two musicians met each other on the advice of a common friend of theirs in Buenos Aires, where they played together several times. The inspiring common ground found in musicianship then led to joint tours. After BsAs they performed together in Europe on the Tango Harmony band's tour in July 2018, and again in BsAs tour in November 2018.
In 2019, they created a concert program from the compositions of Adrián Placenti, and a milonga concert of AP transcriptions of dancing tandas to visit European tango communities interested in their music from January 20 to February 11, 2020.
