At the Art's Harmony Studio, we welcome events, that are compatible with the goals of Art's Harmony Association.

Two, approx. 80-90 sqm hall (Gallery and Mirror Room) is available separately or together for concerts, events, parties, workshops, lessons, presentations, performances with additional services: reception, buffet, cleaning, heating / cooling, toilets and shower, lighting and built-in sound system use, canvas and 4K projector.

 

• Presentation with projector in the gallery with a row layout                          100 people

• Dancing show with orchestra-in the gallery with arch layout                          80 people

• Dance party in each room, 60 chairs around                                              125 people
• Dance workshop in the two hall, separately                                              30-40 people
• Yoga, or mattress meditation, sound baths in the two hall, separately      20-25 people

Last minute kedvezményes teremhasználat:
Csoportos órára előző vagy aznapi foglalással fél áron lehet igénybe venni a terme(ke)t, amennyiben azok szabad, vagy olyan esemény van a másik teremben, amivel nem zavarják egymást, és a recepciót is meg tudjuk szervezni. Magánórára, egyéni gyakorlásra 1 nappal előbb be lehet jelentkezni, ha van szabad terem és recepciónk, akkor 2000 Ft/óra hozzájárulással lehet használni a termet.

Room usage cost contribution hourly fee: 

- from 8 am to 6 pm 4-4 thousands Ft/hour for the rooms separately, or 6 tousands together
- from 6 pm to 8 pm 8-8 thousands Ft/hour for the  rooms separately, or 12 tousands together
- the time of the event is full price, the pre- and post-production 50%, basic 1/2-1/2 hours, or more on request
- minimum usage time in the evening is 3 hours at full price
- if 2 rooms are used, the second is free of charge after 3 hours
- if 2 rooms are used, after 9 hours of continuous use, the remaining hours are 4000 Ft/hour
- from Friday evening to Sunday evening, the 2 rooms can only be booked together
We accept SZÉP card, voucher and credit card payments, with a 5% technical charge, we pay on the basis of an invoice.

 

Events can only be brought to the Studio by an organizer or a volunteer member.
The organizer must arrange the tickets or receipts, we can provide this for a 10% technical cost.

Time reservation in writing to the dedicated messenger group.
We can fix the bookings max. for 4 months, but we can pre-register the booking request, which we take into consideration. Reservation is valid from the time we received the exact schedule.

 

Last minute discout use: 

For group classes, booked one week before the date, the hall (s) can be used at half price if the hall is free, and the event does not disturb the event in the other room and we can organize the reception.
Private lessons and individual training can be booked 1 day in advance, if we have free room and reception, you can use the room with a contribution of 2000 Ft/hour.
